Chloe - Thanks! Yeah, these ghost stories tend to be a bit on the formulaic side, I'm afraid. I'm going to try and stick a few surprises in the illustrations, to make up for the text. (And, yep, it does say "The Emd". Silly running joke, sort of thing. I once put "The Emd" on a banner for a school project by accident, and I've been putting it on stuff on purpose ever since. It won't appear in the final comic, though!)
