Happy Birthday:) I don't know if I could keep a resolution like 4). It can't really be measured, or planned, see. I think you'll get to December and be like "Nuts; does anything I've done count?".
You should make a resolution to save a puppy, or draw a brilliant picture, and stick to that instead. Nice and measurable :p Gotta be measurable....

Hi! I have found that a dark sheet instead of a light colored towel tends to make it darker in the cage a bit longer after sunset and so they sleep in longer. ;) Having lived with various birds for the past 20 years and not being a morning person I've learened these things. Also dark curtains to help darkend the room more while you're sleeping will help too as it will help keep the light from reaching the birdies. :)

You know, not to undermine your resolve, but America's Next Top Model is terribly addictive. I think it's something about seeing those girls we despised in high school, who were beautiful and seemed to have it all, get their asses handed to them while Tyra whispers and blinks rapidly.
I also enjoy the queers and hunky photographers they bring on. My real life does not have nearly enough queers or hunky photographers.

America's Next Top Model is the BEST show. I watch it in the gym. What a great thing! I'm running along on my fricking treadmill, no headphones so I can't hear the sound, I look up and wow, that's a hot looking girl. Better than CNN for sure. The big tv's have subtitles so I get a general idea these chicks are talking but fortunately that's as far as it goes.
The absolute best day was when VH1 (?) was running a Top Model marathon while Showgirls was playing on another channel. Even censored, Showgirls is the supreme gym workout motivation movie - for straight guys and lesbians. I could run for days with all those thongs showing. If the sound were on, I couldn't do it. Total idiocy with the noise, but so nice without.
