Very painterly. Love the folds; you got them exactly right. The chiarascuro with the head is excellent and El Greco would love the hands. Flemish or Spanish top - so much interaction between those cultures, it's hard to tell - I'm thinking Velasquez. The near clinical light on the chrome with the green behind the black arm is very modern. Nice rich burgundy.
Did you try the face a little lighter and / or yellower? Maybe bring out those highlights a little more?
